GCC OPPORTUNITY – MPA INSTRUCTOR / AIRCREW TRAINING SPECIALIST

VETWORK is supporting a GCC-based aviation organisation in the search for an experienced Aircrew Instructor to support the delivery, development and continuous improvement of specialist military aviation training programmes.
This position is suited to a former military Flight Engineer, Aircrew Instructor, Air Refuelling Operator Instructor or equivalent aviation training specialist with extensive experience delivering both classroom and operational training.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver initial qualification, continuation and proficiency training programmes for aircrew personnel.
• Develop and maintain training curricula, lesson plans and assessment materials.
• Conduct both theoretical and practical training activities in accordance with operational and regulatory requirements.
• Design and administer examinations, question banks and student assessments.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training support.
• Review, update and improve training materials to ensure operational relevance and effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting through Learning Management Systems.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, training management and compliance teams to achieve programme objectives.
• Support training analysis, course development and instructional design activities.
Essential Requirements
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in an aviation-related discipline.
• Recognised aviation instructional qualification.
• Previous military aviation instructional experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience delivering aviation training programmes.
• Experience in course design, training development and instructional delivery.
• Strong understanding of Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodologies.
• Experience developing examinations, assessments and training documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.
Highly Desirable
• Flight Engineer instructional experience.
• Air Refuelling Operator instructional experience.
• Examiner or evaluator qualifications.
• Experience supporting military aviation training programmes within a defence environment.
• Previous exposure to simulator instruction and synthetic training systems.
• Experience working within quality management and compliance frameworks.
