UAE-Vetwork was founded by Jack, a former British Army Officer who transitioned into a career in finance in the UAE. The idea took shape when a former colleague - also a veteran working for a local defence firm - was unexpectedly let go and struggled to find new employment, despite extensive skills and experience. That gap in the market was clear: there was no dedicated support network for the many veterans and defence professionals living and working across the GCC. UAE-Vetwork was created to change that - connecting skilled professionals from the armed forces and emergency services with employers who value their discipline, dedication, and expertise.
