We are currently inviting applications across six specialist positions within Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Cost Control and Warranty & Claims Management. These opportunities are suited to professionals with substantial experience working for commercial airlines, established Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) organisations, aircraft maintenance service providers or aviation engineering businesses. Available Positions Vendor Management Chief Specialist – Vendor Management Specialist – Vendor Management Strategic Sourcing Specialist – Strategic Sourcing Cost Control & Budget Management Chief Specialist – Cost Control & Budget Management Warranty & Claims Management Chief Specialist – Warranty & Claims Management Senior Specialist – Warranty & Claims Management Key Responsibilities Responsibilities will vary according to the position and level of seniority. Vendor Management Manage relationships with aviation maintenance service providers, OEMs and technical suppliers. Monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, SLAs and contractual obligations. Support supplier evaluations, performance reviews, dispute resolution and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with maintenance service agreements and commercial requirements. Strategic Sourcing Execute sourcing activities for aviation maintenance services, component repair, technical support and associated contracts. Prepare and evaluate RFIs, RFQs and RFPs. Conduct commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations and contract award recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve value, service delivery and supplier performance. Cost Control & Budget Management Support the planning, monitoring and control of aviation maintenance budgets. Analyse expenditure, identify cost variances and prepare financial forecasts. Track maintenance-related costs and support budget optimisation. Prepare management reports and provide commercial insights to relevant stakeholders. Warranty & Claims Management Manage aviation maintenance warranty claims and commercial recovery activities. Review maintenance contracts, warranty provisions and supplier obligations. Coordinate with OEMs, MRO providers and internal technical teams to resolve claims. Track claims performance, recoverable costs and outstanding settlements. Candidate Requirements Successful applicants should demonstrate: Relevant professional experience within commercial aviation, aircraft maintenance, MRO or closely related technical services. Proven experience directly related to the position being applied for. Strong understanding of aviation supplier relationships, technical services, commercial agreements or maintenance-related financial processes, as applicable. Experience working with major airlines, established MRO organisations or recognised aviation maintenance providers. Strong commercial, analytical, stakeholder-management and communication skills. Relevant qualifications in engineering, business, procurement, finance or another appropriate discipline. Willingness to work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The required experience and responsibilities will differ between Specialist, Senior Specialist and Chief Specialist positions. Please note: General procurement, spare-parts trading or warehouse experience alone will not be sufficient for roles requiring direct aviation technical-services expertise.
