Job description
Project Manager
Up to £85,000 + Package | UK & Europe | Immediate Start
We are supporting a leading international contractor delivering complex construction projects across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, logistics and advanced manufacturing.
This role offers the opportunity to work within an experienced project team, supporting the successful delivery of projects from planning through to completion. You will report into senior leadership on site and play a key role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
The Environment
You will be working in a structured and fast-paced project environment where collaboration and clear communication are essential.
The organisation is known for delivering projects efficiently while maintaining strong standards across quality and safety. This role is well suited to individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple aspects of project delivery simultaneously.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
This includes coordinating labour, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery, supporting the development and management of project programmes and budgets, and maintaining consistent communication with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
You will monitor project progress, hold regular update meetings with relevant teams, and ensure that all work is carried out in line with agreed timelines, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
You will also support the effective use of project control systems, contribute to risk management processes, and act as a key point of contact between the project team and the client.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for construction professionals with a solid foundation in project management and a proactive approach to delivery.
Candidates should have relevant experience working on construction projects, with a good understanding of planning, coordination, and site operations. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
A good understanding of health and safety standards, along with experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, will be beneficial.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your career within a contractor delivering projects across high-growth sectors.
You will gain valuable experience working on complex developments, with opportunities to progress into more senior roles as you build your experience and capability.
