Global, with particular interest in suppliers supporting the GCC, Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia
Overview
VETWORK is building a vetted international network of manufacturers, authorised distributors, stockists, MROs, repair organisations and specialist suppliers capable of responding to verified aviation and defence Requests for Quotation.
This is not an employment vacancy.
Successful applicants may be invited to join VETWORK’s approved supplier network and contacted when relevant sourcing requirements, RFQs or tender opportunities arise.
We are particularly interested in commercially authorised representatives who can review technical requirements, confirm supply capability and submit formal quotations through a legitimate company.
Registration does not guarantee access to RFQs, customer introductions, orders or future commercial opportunities.

Network Member Responsibilities
Approved network members may be expected to:
Review relevant RFQs issued by VETWORK
Confirm their company’s ability to supply the requested product or service
Submit formal quotations within the stated deadline
Provide accurate pricing, lead times and quotation validity
Confirm product condition, origin and availability
Provide required traceability and supporting documentation
Confirm applicable export, import and delivery restrictions
Disclose whether products are supplied directly, through distribution or through a third party
Communicate promptly regarding clarifications or changes
Maintain strict confidentiality
Avoid direct contact with the end customer unless authorised by VETWORK
Comply with all relevant trade, sanctions, export control and anti-bribery requirements
Essential Requirements
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
Current employment, ownership or formal representation of a legitimate supplier or service provider
Authority to receive RFQs and submit quotations on behalf of their company
Relevant aviation, aerospace, defence or technical supply experience
A corporate email address
A verifiable company website or company registration
Clear product or service specialisms
Ability to provide formal commercial quotations
Understanding of delivery terms, lead times and quotation validity
Ability to provide appropriate product documentation
Willingness to complete VETWORK’s verification and onboarding process
Willingness to sign confidentiality and non-circumvention terms where required
Desirable Requirements
The following would be advantageous:
OEM authorisation
Distributor appointment letters
Relevant export or defence trade licences
AS9120, AS9100, ISO 9001 or equivalent certification
EASA, FAA, GCAA or other relevant aviation approvals
Existing stockholding capability
Experience supplying airlines, MROs, governments or defence organisations
Previous GCC or Middle East supply experience
Aircraft on Ground response capability
Dangerous goods shipping capability
Experience supporting military aircraft or defence platforms
Ability to source obsolete, urgent or difficult-to-find parts
