Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Client: Confidential global cybersecurity business
VETWORK is supporting a confidential global cybersecurity and digital infrastructure business with the appointment of three Renewals Specialists based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This is a commercially important role focused on protecting and growing recurring revenue through the effective management of support contracts, subscription licences, renewals pipelines and partner engagement.
The successful candidates will manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, ensuring timely quotations, accurate processing, strong customer service and proactive follow-up across vendors, partners and internal sales teams.
This is not a cold-calling sales role. The client is looking for organised, detail-driven and commercially aware individuals who understand renewals, licensing, CRM/ERP systems and the importance of accuracy in a fast-moving IT or cybersecurity distribution environment.
The Opportunity
The Renewals Specialist will play a key role in ensuring customer retention, recurring revenue growth and operational excellence across the renewals process.
The role will involve managing upcoming contract expirations, preparing renewal quotations, supporting order processing, following up on open opportunities and working closely with sales, finance, logistics, procurement, vendors and partners.
The successful candidate will help maximise renewal conversion rates while identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and account expansion.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and confident managing multiple deadlines, quotations and renewal opportunities at the same time.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
Managing the end-to-end renewal process for support contracts and subscription licences.
Tracking upcoming contract expirations and proactively engaging relevant stakeholders.
Preparing and delivering accurate renewal quotations within agreed service levels.
Processing renewal orders in line with company policies and procedures.
Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors during the quotation-to-order lifecycle.
Supporting external sales teams to maximise renewals and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Building strong working relationships with partners, vendors, customers and internal teams.
Following up on open quotations, renewal opportunities and pending orders.
Maintaining accurate pipeline, quotation, order and renewal data.
Coordinating with finance, logistics, procurement and internal teams to support smooth order fulfilment.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of vendor products, licensing models, pricing and promotions.
Providing regular renewal pipeline updates, reports and forecasts to management.
Supporting achievement of revenue, margin, retention and KPI targets.
Delivering prompt, professional and high-quality customer service.
Identifying process improvements to enhance renewal performance and operational efficiency.
Supporting contract reviews, documentation and audit requirements where required.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for candidates with:
2–5 years of experience in renewals, inside sales, sales operations, contract management or order management.
Experience within IT, cybersecurity, technology distribution, software, SaaS, cloud, licensing or enterprise technology environments.
Strong understanding of subscription models, support contracts, vendor licensing or renewals lifecycle management.
Experience using CRM or ERP systems, such as Salesforce, SAP or similar.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good commercial awareness and understanding of revenue, margin and renewal conversion.
Ability to manage multiple quotations, deadlines and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Customer-focused approach with strong internal and external stakeholder management.
Ability to work closely with sales, vendors, partners, finance, logistics and procurement teams.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to workload management.
