Job description
Senior Project Manager
£90,000 – £120,000 + Package | UK & Europe | Immediate Start
We are supporting a leading international contractor delivering complex, fast-track construction projects across sectors including data centres, pharmaceuticals, logistics and advanced manufacturing.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a Project Director, taking ownership of key project elements and playing a central role in driving delivery across multidisciplinary teams, supply chain partners, and stakeholders. Projects are delivered at pace, with high expectations around quality, safety, and performance.
The Environment
You will be working in a high-performance delivery environment where programmes are fast-paced and decision-making is efficient.
The business is known for its ability to deliver projects ahead of industry benchmarks, with a strong emphasis on accountability, collaboration, and execution. This is well suited to individuals who are comfortable taking responsibility, working proactively, and contributing to a results-driven team culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will play a key role in delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
Responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day project delivery across contractors and vendors, managing programme, budget, and quality performance, supporting MEP coordination and technical delivery, and contributing to subcontractor procurement and alignment.
You will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules, managing risk and early warning processes, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that project controls and delivery standards are consistently achieved through to successful completion.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced construction professionals with a strong track record of delivering projects in demanding environments.
Candidates should be confident managing multidisciplinary teams and supply chains, with a solid understanding of commercial and contractual responsibilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively are essential.
The role would suit individuals who are organised, proactive, and comfortable operating in fast-paced project environments where accountability and delivery are key.
Experience working on fast-track or complex builds would be advantageous.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects at speed across critical sectors.
You will gain exposure to complex, high-value developments, with clear opportunities for progression based on performance and contribution.
