Assist with technical investigations into structural findings, repetitive defects and fleet reliability issues.
Provide guidance on damage limits, repair schemes, material requirements, tooling and task execution.
Liaise with OEMs, engineering teams and regulatory stakeholders where required to resolve complex technical issues.
Support maintenance programme development and optimisation relating to aircraft structural systems.
Contribute to safety, quality and compliance standards across aircraft structural maintenance activity.
Provide technical mentoring and support to less experienced maintenance personnel where required.
Required Experience
Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong experience in aircraft structures within an airline, MRO, base maintenance, line maintenance, technical services or engineering support environment.
Suitable candidates will typically have experience in several of the following areas:

Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in high-standard aviation maintenance environments and who are confident interpreting technical data, supporting complex structural repairs and working across maintenance, quality and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate will be technically strong, safety-focused, detail-oriented and comfortable acting as a specialist point of contact for aircraft structural issues.
Experience with widebody aircraft, major MRO environments, Emirates Engineering, Lufthansa Technik, Sabena Technics, JORAMCO, SIAEC, HAECO, VD Gulf, ST Engineering or similar organisations would be highly relevant.
Minimum Requirements
