Freelance Trainers – Logistics, Food Security & National Resilience
UAE | November 2026 – May 2027
VETWORK is building a pool of experienced freelance trainers to support a major national training programme delivered across the UAE between November 2026 and May 2027.
The programme will support Emirati high-school graduates and will include structured, classroom-based training across a number of specialist subject areas.
We are currently seeking experienced instructors with expertise in one or more of the following areas:
National Food Security
Supply Chain and Logistics Management
Candidates do not need to be qualified across both subject areas. Applications are welcomed from specialists with strong expertise in either discipline.
Engagement
Freelance / contract engagement
Programme delivery expected between November 2026 and May 2027
Individual courses are expected to run for approximately 10 training days
Approximately 6 instructional/contact hours per delivery day
Delivery locations may include multiple Emirates across the UAE
Exact schedules and individual trainer allocations will be confirmed as the programme develops
Rates will be confirmed prior to engagement

Candidates may come from military, government, logistics, supply chain, agriculture, food production, academic or relevant commercial backgrounds.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
Strong professional expertise in their specialist subject area
The ability to translate technical or operational knowledge into clear and engaging training
Confidence delivering instructor-led classroom sessions
Strong communication and presentation skills
The ability to engage effectively with younger adult learners
Professionalism suitable for a high-profile UAE training environment
Availability for freelance delivery during the programme period
Previous instructional, training, teaching or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
Language Requirements
We are seeking both Arabic-speaking and English-speaking instructors.
Bilingual Arabic-English capability will be particularly advantageous.

Training will be delivered across the United Arab Emirates, potentially including Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Dhafra, Dubai, Sharjah, Eastern Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
